Our Mission
Fox 5 Property Management has been a trusted partner for so many property owners over the years. Our mission is to provide our clients with customizable and affordable services for their properties. Most property management companies have a "one size fits all" package, where you pay flat rates, percentages, and additional costs, whether you want all of the services they offer or not. We are here to offer as little or as much as is needed to help our clients grow and succeed. That means, if your elderly grandparents need a hand keeping up with their property, we can take charge. It also means that we can take on the project of managing a condo complex and everything in between. We strive to be the support you need. Property Maintenance
Our owner is a carpenter by trade and we are equipped with licensed electricians, plumbers, office staff with extensive experience in rentals and administrative duties, as well as much more. We come along with many trusted contacts in the departments of septic care, marketing, and legal support to name a few. Whatever your needs are, we will be able to meet them.
Snow Plowing & Lawn Care
We offer full snow management: plowing and sanding/salting. An individual property owner or a company is more than welcome to retain our snow management services. We also offer full-service lawn maintenance, to include mowing, edging, weed whacking, mulching and more.
